Admissions Information
Admissions Procedures
If you decide to be hospitalized, nurse will inform you of your admission time and designated room as soon as possible. When you arrive to the hospital, please go to the Admission Counter at first on first floor. After going through all admission procedures, go to your designated room.
Physician’s Round
The physician’s round is two times a day.
Patient room procedures
Each room include a bathroom, small refrigerator, lockers. If you hope to change rooms, please notify to your ward nurse. Nurse will arrange your room again as soon as possible.
During Your Stay
Physician’s Round Hours are as below.
- 8:00AM ~ 10:00AM, Morning Round
- 4:00PM ~ 6:00PM, Evening Round
Please be reminded that patient visits should be short, brief, and quiet for the rapid recovery of the patient. Please keep to the time allowed.
You may visit twice a day in the General Ward.
12:00PM ~ 2:00PM, Afternoon
6:00PM ~ 8:00PM, Evening
To visit a patient in a Intensive Care Unit, there are two times of visiting allowed a day 12:30PM ~ 1:00PM, Afternoon6:30PM ~ 7:00PM, Evening
- Please be reminded that the children aged under 7 are not to accompany you in order to avoid infections susceptibilities.
- For the visitors in a group, it is advised to visit the patient in the lobby on the first floor.
- Please be quiet for the rapid recovery of the patients. Activities such as loud singing, cooking, etc. should be avoided.Please have the bed rails raised up all the time to prevent the patient falling down from the bed.We would appreciate your kind
cooperation by keeping the patient room clean, avoiding unauthorized moving of the bed location.Please safeguard your valuables, because there are so many people in and out of the patient rooms. Your valuables should not be left in your patient room. Please be reminded that the hospital will not be responsible for loss of your goods.When in an urgent need of help, please utilize the nurse call system attached to head of your bed.Please do not bring dangerous items to hospital such as flammables, electric heater, etc. Foods with strong odor, or other items that may cause harm should not be brought to the hospital.

Western meals and other diets are available upon request.
We serve the meals as below.
- 7:00AM ~ 8:00AM, Breakfast
- 12:00PM ~ 1:00PM, Lunch
- 5:30PM ~ 6:30PM, Dinner
Please keep your own utensils. After finishing your meal, please place the tray on the tray stand.It is available to use an electric oven and water purifier.

Convenience Services
The coffee shop is located on the first floor for you to enjoy.Restaurants and the convenience store are located in the first basement level.The convenience store sells all of the usual commodities and medical-related products are also available.
Patient information / certificates
You may request your nurse or doctor for any needed clinical summary, referral note, or clinical certificates.Please make requests early enough to match your time of need.
